Graphic Cannon ("we", "us") is a creative design and digital growth studio based in New Delhi, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use graphiccannon.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company or brand, city, budget range, course choice and any message you write when you fill our project brief, quick brief, course enrollment or student registration forms.
- Information stored on your device: your cart and your cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you submit a form.
- Usage data (only if you click "Accept"): we use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous page views, referrer, country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
We never ask for card numbers or bank details on this website. Course payments happen through a secure payment link sent to you separately.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To enroll you in a course, send batch and payment details, and give you student support (often over WhatsApp or email).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To prevent spam and keep the site secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the site, under their own privacy commitments:
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- YouTube (Google): our videos play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Fontshare and jsDelivr: serve the fonts and open-source scripts the site uses, so they can see your IP address when pages load.
- Payment providers, only when you choose to pay using a payment link we send you.
We may also disclose information if Indian law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and student records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
5. Your rights and choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time using in the footer.
- Raise a complaint with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Children
Our courses are open to learners under 18 only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who should complete the enrollment on their behalf.
7. Security
The site runs only over HTTPS, form submissions are protected against spam and abuse, and access to enquiry data is limited to our team. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
