If you choose Graphic Cannon services such as 3D modeling, Social Media Marketing, Motion Graphics, or CGI, there is no option for a refund after acceptance of the quotation. It is possible to obtain a refund before the project is completed if you wish.

• There is no option of for a refund for Digital Services/Projects like Courses, Project Files, Image, Video, Documents.
• The company provides guarantee and refund only on physical products (shirts- t-shirt) and all information regarding the warranty and refund policy is included with each item.
• In most cases, the refund amount will be returned to the customer within 5 to 7 working days.
