These terms apply when you use graphiccannon.com, hire Graphic Cannon ("we", "us") for a project, or enroll in one of our courses. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using this website
- Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or misuse it, its forms or its AI agent.
- Information on the site, including prices, packages and course details, may change without notice. The final scope and price is what we confirm to you in writing.
- Our AI agent gives general answers to help you get started. It isn't a binding quote or professional advice. Please confirm important details with our team.
2. Client projects
- Quotes and scope: every project starts with a written proposal or quote covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Payments: payment milestones are listed in the proposal. We may pause work if a payment is overdue.
- Your content: you're responsible for making sure that any logos, images, text or data you give us are yours to use.
- Feedback and approvals: timelines depend on timely feedback. Revision rounds are as stated in the proposal.
- Ownership: once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. Third-party items such as fonts, stock media, plugins and software licences remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
- Results: we work hard to grow your brand, but marketing and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific sales, rankings or returns.
3. Courses
- Your seat is confirmed after we receive payment through the payment link we send you.
- Course access, recordings and materials are for your personal learning only. Please don't share logins or redistribute content.
- Batch timings may occasionally change. We'll tell you in advance on WhatsApp or email.
- Certificates are issued after you complete the course requirements.
- Refund and batch-transfer requests are handled according to the terms shared with you at enrollment. Write to us and we'll review your request fairly.
- Learners under 18 need a parent's or guardian's consent to enroll.
4. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, code and course materials belong to Graphic Cannon or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Graphic Cannon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project or course.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
